ADHD & Women

Women's hormones and ADHD is a very underresearched topic. While there's no direct causation, there seems to be a consistent trend of women with ADHD who also have varying mental health and reproductive health disorders. After extensive research, a vast amount of information was only sourced from Sweden. Creating this infographic to bring awareness to an issue that's so unknown inspired me. The audience is intended for women ages 18–55 and would be found inside a women's health magazine. The colour palette is meant to feel calm, gentle, and validating as such issues should be treated. The background element was kept to a minimum to add flow without removing the main message. A sans-serif typeface was chosen to fit the theme and feel clean.​​​​​​​
